Luxury Villa Moraira

General information:

• Short stays allowed from 3 days (consultative), except in the period July and August, then only per week
• The change-over day is flexible, except for July and August, then arrival and departure days are on Saturday
• It is possible to hire bath and bed linen for 17,50 Euro per person (beach towel included).
• Gas, water and Wi-Fi Internet access included. Electricity according to consumption (meter readings) This is to prevent excessive air conditioning use
• End cleaning €120
• Damage deposit of €300
• Optional (prices on request): cot/baby crib, high chair, weekly cleaning
• Pets on request
• Smoking in the villa is not allowed
• The pool is on the same level as the terrace and the villa. We recommend to have children who can not swim, ALWAYS wear armbands

Payment and Rent information:

• The down payment of 30% of the rental amount must have been paid within 4 days after you have received the rental contract. Only then the reservation is confirmed. The remaining 70% is to be paid not later than 6 weeks preceding the agreed rental period
• Upon booking we will send a confirmation and rental contract to your email address. A few weeks before your arrival (after having paid the full rental amount) you will receive the route description to your destination, the address of the villa and the contact details of the key holder who will hand you over the keys and guide you through the villa
